Tri Club Members,

While our outdoor training season is winding down, the indoor options are just heating up! Our awesome sponsor Societe Indoor Cycling has designed an indoor cycling experience with you in mind! Each Wednesday evening at 7PM, members are invited to Societe‚Äôs studio to take part in a 50 minute Cycle Performance class (with free HR monitor use through the end of 2017). After 12/31, HR monitors are available for purchase. Your first ride at Societe is free, and after that, the Tri Club member rate is $12 per class (normally $26). What a deal! 

Cycle performance is a hardcore cycling experience utilizing high energy music and state of the art technology scientifically designed to push you to your fitness limits.  With 6 different modes, 4 types of races, individual challenges, team challenges, heart rate zone challenges and your workout results emailed instantly to you at the end of class, this cycling experience elevates the traditional indoor cycling class! From week to week, workouts will focus on varied disciplines, including hill climbing, sprinting, and endurance. With your feedback, the workouts can be refined each week and made to fit your training needs!

This is a great opportunity to not only continue your workouts throughout the winter, but also to meet up with your fellow club members for some friendly competition!
