Join the AATC Interval Workout on Zwift from the comfort of your own pain cave!

Thursday Evenings @ 6:00pm throughout the winter we will gather online and complete interval workouts.  It does NOT matter your ability, Zwift will keep everyone together as long as you keep pedaling.

You will want to have your FTP setting as accurate as possible to make this workout difficult, yet possible for you to complete.  Click here for more about FTP.

Schedule:  The main set will consist of...

  • Jan 10 - 1x20min
  • Jan 17 - 4x5 min
  • Jan 24 - 4x6 min
  • Jan 31 - 2x10 min
  • More to come....

These intervals will should be performed near the top of zone 3 which should be your FTP.  These intervals are crucial for improving your muscular endurance and will benefit you no matter what distance you are training for.
