Join the AATC Interval Workout on Zwift from the comfort of your own pain cave!

Thursday Evenings @ 6:30pm throughout the winter we will gather online and complete interval workouts.  It does NOT matter your ability, Zwift will keep everyone together as long as you keep pedaling.

You will want to have your FTP setting as accurate as possible to make this workout difficult, yet possible for you to complete.  Click here for more about FTP.

Zwift can be intimidating with all the hardware and software issues.  FEAR NOT!  It's not THAT difficult and we are in the process of scheduling a "Zwift Seminar".  Stay tuned for details.  But, if you have any Zwift questions in the mean time, hit the AATC Goole Group and ask away.

These intervals will should be performed near the top of zone 3 which should be your FTP.  These intervals are crucial for improving your muscular endurance and will benefit you no matter what distance you are training for.  They are perfect for an early season Half Ironman such as the Wisconsin 70.3 club race!
