It's your race and your pace! Challenge yourself to finish an 'Ironman or Double Ironman' distance race with your teammates during the month of February.

It’s the off season, Why?

  • It’s a fun way to pass the doldrums of winter
  • To connect with your teammates and reach a big goal

I need more details...How does the Virtual Tri really work?

  • It’s free or we are asking for donations to Karen’s Trail [Border to Border Trail] to help finish the stretch from Dexter to Ann Arbor.
  • Workouts are at your pace and at any location: indoors or outdoors, in the US or outside the US, real world or virtual world.
  • All swimming, biking, running counts!
  • Upload workouts to Strava using any device OR upload a manual workout if you aren’t using them [it’s the honor system...keep track]. Look for kudos & support from your teammates on Strava.
  • Kudos for:

    • Those who #AATriClubGroundhogMan in their Strava posts.
    • Extra Kudos for using Karen’s Trail or B2B trail, posting photos, & creative workout titles!
